Zero One Zero One Tech & Entrepreneurship Concludes Successful Mentorship Program for Women-Owned SMEs
We at Zero One Zero One Tech & Entrepreneurship announce the completion of our recent Business Development, Advisory and Mentorship program, conducted in partnership with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) Ethiopia. Our CEO, Kidist Gebreamlak, led this initiative designed to empower women-owned small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Over two months, we delivered eight customized sessions, each crafted to address the unique challenges faced by our mentees. We made a strategic decision to shift to group sessions, which proved highly effective in fostering a collaborative environment. This approach promoted interactive discussions that enhanced learning and facilitated valuable networking opportunities among participants.
We commend our mentees for their unwavering dedication and hard work throughout the program. Their commitment to applying the knowledge gained is noteworthy. The structured and tailored nature of our mentorship has produced exceptional outcomes, and we’ve observed significant progress in each participant.
As we reflect on the program’s success, we look forward to organizing similar initiatives in the future. Our goal remains steadfast: to continue supporting and empowering women-owned SMEs in our region.
We congratulate all our mentees and express our gratitude to CIPE Ethiopia for their partnership in this impactful endeavor.
